Our customer's safety is first priority. We regret that we are currently not taking RETURNS due to COVID-19.
EXCHANGE:
If you've received damaged or defective product, we will gladly EXHANGE the item for the same product. If you've received the wrong product by error, we will exchange it out for the correct product.Â
 If you have any issues you can contact us with the following information:
Name, tracking number and the reason for the exchange. If exchange is approved, we will email you with instructions on how to return the product.
NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT, UNUSED AND IN ITs ORGINAL PACKAGING.Â

Due to Covid-19 our processing time is 3-5 business days in addition to USPS shipping time after package has been dropped off.
